Refunds and Exchanges What is your return and/or exchange policy? If you are not completely satisfied with the book(s) you purchased from Fenix Design DZZD, you may return it(them) within 14 days days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping & handling charges. All products must be in mint resalable condition. A copy of your original purchase invoice must accompany the return. Any return received at 14 days will be given a credit toward future purchases and no returns are accepted after 30 days.
